Delivery information

Our Next Working-Day Delivery Service:

• We aim to deliver your order on the next-working day (Monday to Friday), for orders received before 2pm (1:30pm Mondays). This is subject to the item being in stock in our warehouse and, in certain cases (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands), will depend upon your postal area. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery schedule. Most of our suppliers can deliver to us within 3-4 working days.
• Items can be delivered on a Saturday for an additional charge (estimated £8.50 + VAT), which we will advise at the time of order, should this be required.
• If you need to guarantee next-day delivery, please call us on 033 0001 5330 prior to ordering, so that we can confirm the availability of your chosen product.

Our standard delivery charges are:

• £6.50* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) – Orders under £25 (before VAT)
• £4.75* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) – Orders under £50 (before VAT)
• £3.50* (plus VAT, if applicable to your order) – Orders under £100 (before VAT)
• Carriage Free – Orders over £100 (before VAT)

Please note that these are our standard carriage charges and are not intended to guarantee next-working day delivery, so will apply to all orders regardless of delay in shipment owing to reasons such as those outlined above.

• For special items and the following areas/postcodes, carriage will be advised at the time of order: Scottish Highlands(estimated surcharge £15.00): AB, FK16-21 IV1-40, IV53-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH10-41. Scottish Islands (estimated surcharge £40.00): HS, IV41-52, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-88, PH42-50, ZE. Northern Ireland (estimated surcharge £15.00), Channel Islands (estimated surcharge £20.00), Isle of Man (estimated surcharge £25.00), Isle of Wight (estimated surcharge £10.00). All estimated price ex. VAT.

For small lower value items going to the above areas we may be able to use Royal Mail, in which case any surcharge will be reduced or non-applicable.

Non-UK: We accept Worldwide Orders:

Charges for exporting will be advised at the time of order. Delivery may take longer than “Next Day”. We frequently sell worldwide, especially to the rest of Europe, North America and Asia. Less frequently we also sell to all other areas of the world to businesses and the retail market alike. Please feel free to contact us requesting a quote stating the product(s) you are interested in and your full contact details, we can then e-mail you a quotation including the relevant shipping charge appropriate to the product and your area of residence. If you decide to accept the quotation, then we will then contact you again to finalise the order and obtain payment details.

Discretion:

Our policy for sensitive products such as incontinence items is to be as discreet as practically possible. For example, on boxes of diapers all give-away markings will covered over, and any reasonable special delivery requests will be adhered to.
