If you have ordered by e-mail you will receive automatic order acknowledgement as soon as it has been placed on our system. We dispatch stock held orders on a next day service and also have a Saturday delivery option if required. In circumstances where items are being manufactured to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer we will ensure you are advised a lead time at the point of order processing.

During the working week, all orders will be activated on our system within 24 hours. We will honor all ONLINE pricing, including special tiered discounts, pick and mix facility, and online specials. Please ensure this is noted on the purchase order, including any personalized laser engraving options on stethoscopes, diagnostics and doctors’ bags.

There is also an online facility providing as much detailed information as possible about our products and where possible any manufacturer information regarding additional details or product documents will be listed for download.

Any member of our team will be more than happy to assist in the event that you require further information or assistance, and if you cannot find the item you require please do inform us so that we can check whether it is listed under a different code or description, or aim to source for you.
